[LE-5606] fix: 优化 listCustCardByUserCoupon 索引利用

• 将 STATUS != 8 移至 WHERE 子句最后，让优化器优先利用 CARD_TYPE 和时间字段索引
• 时间条件由开区间 < 改为闭区间 <=
• 调用方 batchInsertCouponGotInfo 对 endDate 做减 1 秒处理，保持业务语义等价
